A little history. . .

The Rip Van Wrinkle Basenji club was founded in Woodstock, NY, in 1997.

It's name is a pun on local lure + basenji wrinkles. Rip Van Winkle + basenji wrinkles = Rip Van Wrinkle. The Newsletter was named the Wrinkler.

Note that none of us can easily call local places, like the Rip Van Winkle bridge, "Winkle," & we end up saying "Wrinkle."

To read more about it click Why Rip Van Wrinkle.

A few of us have had the Moderna vaccine. We are hoping, in this new year of 2021, to resume our usual activities. Stay tuned for more news in the May Wrinkler. We'll catch you up on our yearly donations, and all about this year's raffle.

Fiddle-elf's Santa Paws report.

"Twas an easy-peasy bossy sort of job to sort and dictate."
That's what Fiddle, herself says.

Fiddle thanks HER pen pal, Chief Cambell, for HER wall hanging.

Trog Stewart got a cute toy and lots of treats from Santa paws.

Thanks to Ruby and Jan, Bump and Alley from Nike. Zippie and Captain!

Swagger loved his gifts.

Sharky loves his new toy, and I love the bag it came in.

Leaf finished off his present lickety split.
