Hi Susan,
Since we couldn't come to the brunch today Hannah and I spent some time this afternoon on the couch looking at the Wrinkler on my laptop. (This is the time of day that toddlers typically take naps, but Hannah finds it too exciting to nap at home anymore. She only naps at daycare, while at home, even when she's sick, she's too excited to nap).

Hannah really liked seeing her picture in the Wrinkler. She kept making me flip back to the notable quotes page so she could see herself. The cups and spoon (and food) she had thrown on the floor in the photo she pointed to in picture and said "Uh-Oh Cup"!, "What Happened?" And giggles.

She saw all the pictures of other basenjis and kept saying "Ju Joe", "Beeke". I told her they look like Kunjo and Obike but they are other basenjis. She prefers to call all basenjis Ju Joe & Beeke right now. Cute.

Congrats on the Dog Writers nominations. Very cool............NATALIE CULVER

Another great issue!

Thanks for including the photo of Danablu in the sleigh and the thyrotoxicosis article information.

It was wonderful to see your Dog Writers' certificate, too!.........PATTY EWING

Thank you so much for including Crash in the last Wrinkler. I almost chuckled a bit seeing Crash sitting there in the photo you used, as that is how he loved to perch himself much of the time.

I was going to respond but got caught up with Emmee's decline and then her departure. It's such a hard thing to do - letting them go. Everyone says it's the last act of kindness, but it always feels so horrible. The heart hurts but at least the loved ones are pain-free....

Thanks again Susan! ...........................................BARB SAUCEDA

Susan Hendler Enjoyed the issue very much, Sue!! You are truly amazing. I also proofread (it's a bad habit of mine, lol), so I will message the itty bitty errors I found.

Karen Christensen OK I'm already cracking up - the butter photo is priceless!

Lisa Stewart I like the money launderers.

Uschi Grewe I'm going through (but should go to bed way after mignight here) - so far just wonderful - like the bookends!

Donna Hess GREAT job Susan!!!

Paul Mount I could have sent you more from the Invitational, but enjoyed what you had in there. Even in your absence, at least Renee and I had each other there to cheer, to commiserate.
