In Memoriam

Andiamo

Andiamo

She left us yesterday (Feb 3), at 14 + years old, and took a big piece of our hearts with her.

We will miss her terribly.

For barkless dogs, the house is way too quiet when they leave.  Tamara & Dennis Allen

Classy

Classy (Oct. 28, 1996- Feb. 23, 2012)

Classy was one of four pups whelped by my bitch Pearl.  I always knew that I was going to keep her brother, Blac.

I never set out to keep Classy, as I had wanted to place her with a nice family.
Of course, this never happened and I ended up keeping her.
At age five, I decided to breed her to my black dog, Star. She gave me 4 pups that all went to good homes.
She was a great mom dog; very devoted to them, and so I had 3 more small litters with her, in all 11 pups.

I never intended to race her, but I lost my beloved Flower to the first dog food recall back in 2005,
as well as Classy's brother, Blac.  Flower had 8.5 pts to her GRC and so I was upset
that I had lost her so tragically. At age 8 I thought Classy might be able to race.
Although not a fast dog, she was always out there
running her heart out and loved going with me to the meets.

My Classy was a gentle soul who loved her children and her wonderful qualities came out in them.
Her son, Timmy, is devastated at her loss.  I will miss my Classy girl. - Kathryn Ladick

Sweet, brave, buoyant soul-mate, for what you shared, for what you taught, obrigado.

Passaro brought everything he had into our lives.

Moriah

On Feb. 1st, at six PM I lost my little Pomeranian, Moriah.

She was from my last litter, thirteen years old, very tiny, silly and cute.

Tribble's Pop Diva.

I am grateful that I was here to hold her and tell her what a wonderful little girl

she was, and send her to the Bridge. - Garrett O’Dell
