1967 "MUTE MUTT" Rescue + Santa Paws gift recipients enjoying their loot.

Basenji Rescue from 1967/submitted by Tamara Allen

Dennis met a guy in taking pictures of hawks in our canyon. He recognized our basenjis, and told Dennis 40+ years ago, he and his brother rescued one from the waters in San Diego - he sent us a copy of the article. Kind of cool write up. (His name is Lance Schmidt)

Santa Paws Gift Exchange, after gifts were recieved.

  Mr. Batsy D. Basenji

Thanks to Tamara Allen - and the "elfishly yours" crew for sorting out our gift exchange. Everyone ENJOYed themselves!

Fiddle & Liner show you how nicely they share. True there were 4 balls, but this is the BEST one.

Santa Paws found our house and brought us a great toy that makes really cool crinkly and squeaky sounds. Our mom will Soon (hint, hint Mom) send you some photos of us playing with this most excellent bunny.

Thank you! (See! We really were good.)

Ivan and Dasa

Here are photos of Ivan and Dasa with their excellent bunny toy.  Dasa is very cautious about approaching new things, but once she realized the bunny was not dangerous, she was really interested in the bunny’s tail. That was the best!

Ivan spied the bunny, grabbed it to explore and was fascinated by the sounds; crinkly ears, how cool!  He then flung the bunny about and took it up on the back of the couch for a while.

When he forgot about it, Dasa played with its tail again. It was interesting to see which bunny part was the most fascinating for each Munchkin.

Thank you again for the wonderful bunny toy.

Susan Chuvala

Thank you for the cute toys and the chocolates too.

Debby Mayer - Lulu is excited to have received a package from Jeanne Fitzsimmons in Steamboat Springs, CO! She will open it on Christmas Eve. We open our presents then. We can't wait.

And I should have thanked Cellini, too, who may not have driven to the PO, but who surely did the wrapping. . .
