Santa Paws gift recipients enjoying their loot.

"Elfishly yours"

Thanks to Tamara Allen - and the San Diego elves for sorting out our Santa Paws gift exchange. As usual, it was silly, sweet, & certainly lots of fun!

The cutest card ever!

Too Cute ~ (wish I were quicker with the camera): Santa Paws sent a Skinneez raccoon toy and Ian hied away to his snuggle puff to shake it to death. Moments later Rip came backing and tugging into the kitchen towing Ian and the snuggle puff by the raccoon toy, straight to his Puppyman Cave! Ian got a ride! @Denise Hartig, the box is a huge success!

Denise DeMayo

Yes, the box was recycled. Sophie likes running thru the house with the pink bunny and Eko chases her. The sheep was her favorite toy, until it met it's end.

Liner loves his new tug toy. Fiddle says, "do you mind playing with your toys elsewhere?"

Linda Butterworth

This was his first prize!! Still can't believe he is now an indoor kitty who only goes for walks outside with the dogs now, and is an occasional helper doing barn chores. OMG, he says thank you! I barely got the box opened and almost got mauled lol!! He was on the mouse first. He is in loves with both toys. We will try the laser pointer tomorrow . Thank you!

Karen Christensen ~ So happy to see Pi enjoying that!!! I had trouble getting it into "the" Sundance box that started at Susan Kamen Marsicano's, then went to Denise Hartig, then to me, without Chuck slicing me with his claws to get it!

Tamara Allen

So many bunnies so little time.

Now, this, this, is a happy pup.

Before you play with your toy you must wash it thoroughly. Stella is such an odd dog.

AJ LOVED his christmas gift!

Lela checks out the box, too.

Isn't this cute? AJ's Santa Claus toy!

Malley Heinlein

Huck's ducky. It's the perfect size for "catch."

Tamara Allen ~ Ours usually remove the beak very quickly - so it cannot call for help or alert the other toys of the canine danger

Malley Heinlein ~ Very clever, those Basenjis! For some reason, ours have never destroyed a duck, and they often pick them to play catch with me. I should warn them about those beaks...

Tamara Allen ~ We just stitch the hole. It looks like a frankenduck. The original Batsy D Basenji would dismember stuffed animals - I used to sew different heads on different bodies - either out of boredom or because I could not find all the parts. Sort of freaked out a few of the kids playmates.

Malley Heinlein ~ I love that name! My two like to dismember very big toys with lots of stuffing, and spread the stuffing in an artistic pattern around the floor. Then they use the empty carcass as a tug toy.

Tiger Lily's yummy cookies!

They were very impressed with them. I waited to open their exchange gifts until Christmas Day, when we all opened ours, too. They really couldn't believe these were just for them!

Sarah Tulp

Fable modeling one of his gifts. Somehow he's kept it on all day.

OMG Jacob loves the toy.
